Wheelchair Race
for the Able-bodied
took place in Sheep Street, Rugby on Thursday 7 July 2005
organised by the Rugby Disability Forum
The idea was to get able-bodied people to see
how difficult it is to manoeuvre a wheelchair.
General awareness of the problems was raised and it was felt to have been a most
successful event - enjoyable for the spectators and informative for the
participants.
